We proudly offer a 100% Money Back Guarantee on all orders. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or simply doesn’t make you smile, let us know within 14 days of delivery and we’ll gladly issue a full refund or replacement once the item has been returned.
❤️ How to Start a Return
- Email us at hello@pixieprinted.com with your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- If something arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.
- For all other returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable service to ensure your package reaches us safely.
- Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days after the return is received.
❤️ Custom & Personalized Orders
When uploading your photos, you can fully edit your images for placement and style before completing your order. Please confirm your photo fits within the preview window and adjust color, saturation, and cropping as desired. Make sure you’re happy with your edits prior to purchase.
Because each custom photo magnet is handcrafted just for you, refunds for personalized items are only available if the product arrives damaged or there’s a printing issue.

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges. You’re welcome to place a new order once a refund is processed.
